Unwanted Calls Results in $6.25 Million Class Action Lawsuit

The insurer repeatedly called this person on his pay-per-call cell phone. The calls were via a predictive dialing service; some call this robo dialing. The insurer had been calling many other consumers on their mobile phones without getting consent.
