Factual Data will have 30 days to investigate your dispute and make any corrections.

Comer, W. v. Factual Data. Pre-filed. Factual Data mixed our client’s information with another individual. The Factual Data report contained a civil judgment that belonged to another individual. The court documents for the civil judgement being reported by Factual Data had a different address and a different middle initial that that of our client. The case settled.
